Key Qualifications:
- Current or eligible for Washington OT licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with school-based OT services preferred
- Ability to support Tier 1 initiatives for staff across the district
- Must be comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 30
- Willing to provide references at submission, per district request
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to a K-12 caseload
- Collaborate with educators and the existing OT to create effective interventions
- Support Tier 1 supports and staff training district-wide
- Develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and document progress
- Engage in proactive communication with families and school staff
