Position: Field Marketing Manager (Canvassing)

Responsibilities

Interview, hire, train, and manage door-to-door canvassers
Run daily team huddles and coaching sessions
Map and assign neighborhood canvassing routes
Canvass targeted areas
Help the team schedule free inspections with homeowners
Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics

Requirements

Door-to-Door Canvassing Management experience
Strong coaching and team management skills
High energy and accountability
Excellent communication skills

Compensation

Earn $150K–$350K (Competitive Salary, Commission, Overrides, and Bonuses)
