Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and friendly Evening Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, managing front desk operations, and supporting daily administrative tasks during evening hours.
Schedule:
Part-time, 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (flexibility may be required, including weekends)
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist all customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently

Manage customer check-ins and notify appropriate staff of arrivals

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and waiting area

Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and message taking

Assist with scheduling appointments as needed

Support team members with additional tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:

Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling systems)
