Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room (OR). The ideal candidate will be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating across a variety of surgical specialties and comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform both scrub and circulating duties for surgical procedures
• Assist in a variety of cases including robotic, GU, GYN, and general surgery
• Ensure accurate instrument, sponge, and needle counts
• Handle and label surgical specimens correctly
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to surgical safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety
• Participate in on-call rotations for nights and weekends

Patient Population

• Adult surgical patients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent OR experience
• Minimum 18 months of permanent OR experience prior to travel assignments
• Strong experience in:
  • Scrubbing and circulating
  • Robotic procedures
  • GU, GYN, and general surgeries
• BLS (AHA) – Required
