Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Highly qualified SLPs with CCCs are welcome, and candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also encouraged to apply, making this an excellent step for both experienced professionals and those just entering the field.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state-specific Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates considered
  • Commitment to evidence-based assessment and intervention
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse school environments
  • Experience with K-12 student populations preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Conduct evaluations, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain timely documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster progress and positive educational outcomes
  • Deliver both direct and consultative therapy, adapting approaches as needed for individual student goals
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing communication with all stakeholders
