A busy, fast-growing urgent care clinic is looking for a Patient Experience & Intake Coordinator to be the first voice our patients hear. This role is all about confidence, quick thinking, and creating a great first impression. You’ll guide callers, help patients choose us for their care, and make sure every interaction feels professional, welcoming, and efficient.

What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls with energy and professionalism.
- Quickly learn our services and explain them clearly to patients.
- Guide callers toward booking and choosing our clinic for their urgent care needs.
- Schedule appointments and manage same-day visits seamlessly.
- Process medical record requests from patients, attorneys, and insurance companies.
- Work with the billing team on itemized receipts and minor billing inquiries.
- Handle follow-up calls, route results, and ensure patients feel informed and supported.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred — confident speaking both languages.
- A strong communicator with a warm, professional phone presence.
- Quick thinker who can handle multiple calls and priorities at once.
- Capable of working 12 hours shifts from 8a-8p.
- Comfortable learning new systems and working closely with our medical team.
- Experience in healthcare, call centers, or patient coordination preferred but not required.
