A busy, fast-growing urgent care clinic is looking for a Patient Experience & Intake Coordinator to be the first voice our patients hear. This role is all about confidence, quick thinking, and creating a great first impression. You’ll guide callers, help patients choose us for their care, and make sure every interaction feels professional, welcoming, and efficient.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls with energy and professionalism.
  • Quickly learn our services and explain them clearly to patients.
  • Guide callers toward booking and choosing our clinic for their urgent care needs.
  • Schedule appointments and manage same-day visits seamlessly.
  • Process medical record requests from patients, attorneys, and insurance companies.
  • Work with the billing team on itemized receipts and minor billing inquiries.
  • Handle follow-up calls, route results, and ensure patients feel informed and supported.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred — confident speaking both languages.
  • A strong communicator with a warm, professional phone presence.
  • Quick thinker who can handle multiple calls and priorities at once.
  • Capable of working 12 hours shifts from 8a-8p.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and working closely with our medical team.
  • Experience in healthcare, call centers, or patient coordination preferred but not required.
