NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Billings, Montana.

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active Montana PT license (or in process/pending) License reimbursement assistance - must start license application with offer acceptance</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy</li>
<li>BLS/CPR certification</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (mileage reimbursed)</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience preferred but not required</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized therapy plans</li>
<li>Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs</li>
<li>Perform home safety evaluations and recommend adaptive equipment</li>
<li>Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to ensure comprehensive care</li>
<li>Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and timely</li>
