CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PAY & PERKS
Pay: $50,000 – $55,000/year (base salary and performance bonuses for exceptional work)

WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKE
Our Customer Service Representative plays an important part in our sales and customer service activities! You'll be on the front lines, answering incoming phone calls from prospective customers, learning about their needs, and connecting them with our incredible services. Always polite and professional, you will:
- Answer phone calls from homeowners, qualify leads, and schedule roof inspections
- Promptly respond to emails, texts, and social media messages
- Follow up with leads, encourage them to schedule services, and keep your conversion rate high
- Accurately enter data into our CRM and maintain organized customer files
- Closely track appointments, follow-ups, and lead progression
- Create and post content to various social media platforms
- Assist with general marketing and client engagement initiatives

Our Customer Service Representative works in our office Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
