Administrative Assistant
Purpose of Your Job Position
As Winning Wheels Administrative Assistant, you are entrusted with the responsibility of carrying out your daily tasks and assigned duties while demonstrating Winning Wheels Values of Compassion, Honesty, Integrity, Respect and Passion.
Job Functions
This position is responsible for assisting the Regional Business Office Manager with the functions of the business office. You may be asked by supervisors or managers to perform other duties. The employer has the right to revise this job description at any time, for any reason.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Greet visitors and provide general support to clients
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Support special projects and company events as needed
- Maintain accurate resident census
- Responsible for resident accounts, money, and assisting them with their banking needs
- All other duties as assigned.
