Job Description/Expectations
The Director of Sales will lead the Sales and Business Development function of Streamed Hire, in order to relentlessly achieve its highest potential. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day business development and retention operations and ensure that standards are met by yourself and the team. This role is critical in driving constant revenue generating activity that will ultimately result in increased revenue, profitability and ultimately the growth of the business. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with a wide variety of responsibilities that include Team Development, Team Leadership, Task/Information Management, New Business Development, Account Management, Strategic Planning and Execution. The Director of Sales will act with sound judgment and discretion with respect to client and business matters and maintain the highest level of confidentiality as it relates to sensitive business information. This position will report directly to the President.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Develop Weekly & Monthly Goals that align with the Overall Business Goals and drive the team to achieve them
- Lead Morning Meeting in order to game plan and delegate daily action items to team.
- Motivate Sales Team to ensure there is a good flow of leads to chase and capture.
- Create a culture of Closing.
- Coach team to successfully fill open positions through prioritizing sales efforts
- Collaborate with Recruiting Team in areas of coordinating candidates for positions
- Strategize and implement Sales Department Growth plan
- Monitor and help generate Leads for Sales Team to maximize prospective business opportunities
Team Development
- Collaboratively Recruit/Select/Onboard/Retain internal talent
- Perform 30/60/90 Day New Hire Training
- Complete monthly Individual Development Plan’s (IDP) for each Team Member
- Coach and Develop Team Members into optimum position to achieve greatest results.
- Engage and cultivate the talent of the team, in order to produce a leadership culture.
- Hold self and each other accountable to operational standards.
- Provide input into Team Member evaluation process and when necessary, promote, demote or terminate employees with appropriate member of leadership.
- Plan and lead quarterly team meetings to effectively work through Recruiting issues, incorporating each team member’s input in the decisions of the Recruiting Department and successfully acquire “Buy-In” from each person.
Task/Information Management
- Report and Submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly #’s to Branch Manager and/or President
- Collaborate with Recruiting team to help manage the Recruiting and Coordinating Process (i.e. Job Postings, Scheduling, Interviewing, etc)
- Input accurate information into Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate account information.
- Identify and execute operational efficiencies through process improvement and utilization of standard technology and identify inefficiencies and coach team away from them.
Account Management
- Manage established business relationships that are assigned by Sales team to maximize current business opportunities.
- Add value to clients by providing a streamlined strategy for recruiting employees.
- Maintain a high level of Quality Control with both candidates and clients.
- Ensure all recruiting, marketing and business development efforts align with the overall organizational Vision and Values.
Additional Responsibilities as needed by Supervisor
- Assist with maintaining a clean office environment
- Collaborate with Supervisor or any other person of Leadership on any assigned projects and initiatives.
