What does a Marketing Executive, Growth Marketing Do:

The Marketing Executive will support the execution of B2B growth marketing initiatives across the Americas region. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and other regional and global teams, the coordinator will assist with content creation, campaign coordination, market research, events, and specific projects. This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to grow in a global organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the development and coordination of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Lead the creation, production and distribution of sales collateral, presentations, social media posts, web content, emails, event and other marketing materials
  • Help manage the marketing calendar, campaign schedules, and project timelines
  • Conduct basic market research to support strategic planning
  • Assist with the tracking of campaign metrics and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for content creation and execution
  • Coordinate logistics for webinars, conferences, and ABM initiatives
  • Maintain marketing assets and ensure content is up to date and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Support CRM and marketing automation tasks under the direction of senior team members

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing role or internship
  • Experience with content creation and storytelling for content marketing is required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Analytics is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing concepts and digital channels
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred; Portuguese is a plus
  • Interest in the Travel or Financial Services industries is desirable
