Job DescriptionDegree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Rochester, NY Area | Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available | Summer 2026 and 2026-2027 School Year

Soliant is seeking Speech Language Pathologists for school-based opportunities throughout the Rochester area. We are partnering with local districts to identify clinicians who are committed to helping students develop effective communication skills and reach their educational goals.

Whether you're looking for a summer assignment or planning for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, multiple opportunities are available across a variety of educational settings.

Weekly pay
Compensation: $40-$60 per hour
Potential for contract extensions and future opportunities

Compensation is based on experience, credentials, assignment requirements, and district budget.

Daily Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings
Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
Provide therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and service records

Ideal Candidate
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New York State SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
School-based experience is welcomed but not required
