Location: Palmer, Alaska
Schedule: Variable Night Shifts | 3x12
Duration: 20-Week Contract
Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care during night shifts. This role involves direct patient care, medication administration, clinical documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor resident health status and promptly report changes in condition

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Assist with care coordination and interdisciplinary communication

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license

• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently in a night shift setting

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
