We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, broken fixtures, and faulty water heaters
- Install and maintain plumbing systems such as faucets, toilets, sinks, water heaters, and piping
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system integrity and compliance
- Accurately document service calls, repairs, and parts used
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, solutions, and costs
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and after-hours requests as needed
- Conduct pressure tests and backflow testing (if certified)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the company vehicle and tools
Qualifications
- ✔️ Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience (service-focused preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with mobile dispatching software
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
Work Environment
- Residential and light commercial service calls
- Indoor and outdoor job sites
- Occasional emergency or weekend shifts
