We are a geo-technical contractor specializing in designing and installing specialty foundation elements and performing specialty ground improvement techniques. Our projects are generally commercial, civil, and industrial, and we take pride in our earth retention molds and sculpting that hold back slopes. This role requires significant travel, approximately 50% of the time, with an average job duration of 1-2 months.
Responsibilities
- General site cleanup
- Digging trenches
- Moving hoses around the site
- Spotting equipment
- Compacting or using a shovel
- Moving drill piping around
- Cleaning equipment
- Performing rebar work and mounting wood lagging boards
- Operating forklifts and skid steers
Essential Skills
- 1+ year of experience in general construction, agriculture, dirt work, welding, concrete, or landscaping
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
- Experience with forklifts and skid steers preferred
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in concrete labor, skilled labor, general labor
- Comfortable working night shifts (10% of work)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Work Environment
Our work environment involves working on commercial, civil, and industrial projects. Employees start their days with a safety orientation and receive task assignments from their supervisor. The role requires working 5-6 days per week, 10 hours per day, with an average of 50 hours per week. Most jobs require travel across the Rocky Mountain region, Kansas, North Dakota to Texas, and as far as Louisiana. Employees receive mileage reimbursement at the government rate and a per diem of $40 per day for travel.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
