We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Salesperson to drive new business growth and expand long-term relationships with commercial clients. This role requires strong B2B sales experience, ideally within roofing, construction, or building services, and the ability to deliver results through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and solution-focused selling.
Key Responsibilities
• Sell commercial roofing services including repairs, restorations, full system replacements, and maintenance programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and prospective clients.
• Develop a structured daily sales schedule through qualified leads, networking, jobsite visits, and self-generated opportunities.
• Conduct property inspections, identify deficiencies, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Assess client needs, develop custom solutions, and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
• Support ongoing customer relationships by attending pre-job or turnover meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales documentation.
Requirements
• Adherence to OSHA safety standards and internal procedures.
• Ability to pass mandatory and random drug testing.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
