A licensed Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography is sought for a contract position located in Keaau, HI. This opportunity requires a skilled professional to perform a variety of CT imaging procedures within an acute hospital environment, following established radiologist protocols. The role offers varied shifts without on-call duties and demands an individual capable of working independently.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current Radiologic Technologist license from the State of Hawaii (required by assignment start)
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of two years experience in an acute hospital setting performing CT scans independently
- Ability to perform routine CT scans per protocol
- Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon or Toshiba CT equipment, and Vitrea workstations preferred
- Skills in venipuncture and advanced imaging procedures such as MIP, MPR, 3D imaging, biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke imaging considered a plus
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans following radiologist protocols with accuracy and professionalism
- Operate imaging equipment including Canon or Toshiba CT units and utilize Vitrea workstations for image processing
- Maintain compliance with facility standards, including employee health requirements such as flu vaccination or approved exemptions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members ensuring timely, high-quality imaging services
Additional Requirements:
- Travelers must arrive the Thursday prior to start date for employee health clearance, including flu vaccination administration if needed
- Must secure State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license before assignment start if not already held
