- Active RN license in Iowa or compact state (required for travel nursing jobs)\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience\n
- Critical Care RN Certification (CCRN) preferred\n
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications\n
- Ability to pass facility onboarding requirements: background check, drug screen, health screenings, competency testing\n

- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU\n
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate specialized ICU equipment\n
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care process\n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies\n
