Location: Passport Headquarters, Washington, DC (on-site)
Security Clearance: Active Secret (required)

Position Summary
DANE LLC is seeking a results-driven Deputy Program Support Manager (DPSM) to support the Program Support Manager in leading day-to-day operations for the PHPSS contract. The DPSM plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality performance, workload management, and compliance across all functional areas at Passport Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support overall contract performance and serve as a primary point of contact with Department of State staff.
  • Assist in daily workload assignment, staff scheduling, and operational oversight to accommodate fluctuating demands.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, Privacy Act, PII standards, and Standards of Conduct.
  • Participate in hiring, training, and performance management of contract personnel.
  • Prepare and deliver timely reports, deliverables, and performance data.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote operational efficiency.
  • Resolve operational problems quickly and respond to urgent support requests.
  • Represent the contract in meetings, conference calls, and briefings as needed.
  • Act as Acting PSM during short-term absences (up to two weeks).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Six (6) years of progressive management experience in a high-volume production or office environment.
  • Three (3) years managing a team of comparable size and scope to PHPSS Headquarters staffing.
  • Three (3) years managing seasonal/temporary workforce.
  • Three (3) years of experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong personnel management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory material.
  • Capable of performing duties of any Records Support Associate role.
