Our organization, located in Santa Barbara, CA, has recently been recognized as the "Best Continuing Care Retirement Community in the U.S. 2025" by a prominent magazine. We are currently in search of a full-time Registered Nurse to join our Health Center (Skilled Nursing) team.
Compensation Range: $51 - $57 per hour, based on experience, with additional shift differentials as follows:
- Evening shifts: +$2/hour
- Night shifts (NOC): +$10/hour
- Weekend shifts: +$3/hour
Full-Time Schedule: 4/2 rotation (4 days on, 2 days off) options available:
- Evenings: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Nights: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents while actively applying our organization’s “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment that allows residents, staff, and visitors to engage in the daily life of the community. You will coordinate assignments with care partners and hold each team member accountable for the quality of resident care and satisfaction.
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A valid RN license in the state of application
- Current CPR certification
- Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings is preferred
