Job Title: Shipper / Receiver

Pay Rate: $22/hour
Location: Beverly, MA
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 30-minute lunch)

Position Overview:

Seeking a Shipper/Receiver to support daily shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling both domestic and international shipments, coordinating freight, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, sort, label, and ship orders to both domestic and international customers
• Coordinate and schedule freight pickups with carriers
• Generate and print shipping labels based on internal and customer requirements
• Scan, file, and maintain shipping documentation, including packing slips and certificates
• Process shipment paperwork, including invoices and export documentation (AES)
• Receive incoming materials from suppliers and route them for inspection
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with shipping procedures and regulations
• Lift and move materials up to 30 lbs as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in shipping/receiving required; international shipping experience preferred
• Understanding of customs regulations and international shipping processes is a plus
• Ability to follow established procedures and work in a structured environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
