You will be professionally accountable for the care provided to your assigned patients and will coordinate their care alongside various departments. RN Incentives:

About the Float Pool:
If you excel in fast-paced settings and enjoy learning new skills daily, the Float Pool is your perfect match. You will acquire extensive clinical experience, enhance your assessment and communication abilities, and collaborate with diverse teams throughout the hospital.
Potential Units for Floating:
- Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown
- Medical/Surgical/Cardiac Stepdown
- Cardiac Telemetry, CVICU, Oncology, Neurology
- Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more!
Float Pool Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year of acute care RN experience (with a minimum of 6 months within the last year)
- Education: Nursing degree from an accredited institution (BSN preferred)
- Licensure: Active RN license in Missouri
- Certifications:
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
