- Answer customer calls and emails professionally
- log and process product returns
- Help troubleshoot product issues over the phone (training will be provided on our products)
- Resond to customer inquiries and messagees though multipe e-commerce platforms
Specific Requirements
- Previous customer service experience preffed
- Comfortable using ecommerce platforms (Amazon, shopify,Walmart seller central) and ticketing software such as Zendesk
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
