  • Answer customer calls and emails professionally
  • log and process product returns
  • Help troubleshoot product issues over the phone (training will be provided on our products)
  • Resond to customer inquiries and messagees though multipe e-commerce platforms

Specific Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preffed
  • Comfortable using ecommerce platforms (Amazon, shopify,Walmart seller central) and ticketing software such as Zendesk
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
