Key Responsibilities
- Serve as customers' first point of contact via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Accurately process customer orders and product inquiries in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, shipping, and quality assurance, to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
- Provide customers with product information, availability updates, and order status clearly and professionally.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and FDA compliance standards.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, system updates, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare terminology is a plus.
