We are a nationwide Staffing Firm with over 100 clients and works primarily with Fortune 1000 corporations.Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, some OT and weekend hours may be required Hourly Rate: $25-35/hrBenefits: Package that includes Paid Time off, Paid Holidays, 3 Medical Plans to choose from, Dental, & Vision Plans, 401(k), and an Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP) Plan.Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Engine Test Cell Operator with at least 5 years of hands-on experience building engines to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in iTest software, capable of working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, and committed to delivering high-quality results. This role is for 2nd shift and requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor engine test cell equipment to perform performance, durability, and diagnostic testing
• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot test systems using iTest software
• Install, connect, and prepare engines for testing, ensuring all safety and operational procedures are followed
• Record, analyze, and report test data accurately
• Perform post-test inspections and assist in root cause analysis for performance issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in engine assembly/building
• Proficiency with iTest or similar engine testing software
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in hot environments and perform heavy lifting (up to 35 lbs)
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime as needed
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

Work Environment:

• Indoor test cell facility with periods of high heat and noise
• Requires use of PPE (hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, etc.)
• Fast-paced, physically active role with frequent lifting, bending, and standing
