A rewarding opportunity is available for a Pharmacist specializing in Long Term Care, located in the vibrant Minneapolis, MN area. This contract role is designed for professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact in patient care by supporting medication management and script verification in a dedicated pharmacy setting.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Two possible shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Pharmacy operational hours from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Contract duration: 8 weeks, starting February 2, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians to verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards and patient safety protocols
- Manage and oversee pharmaceutical operations relevant to long-term care residents
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Minnesota Pharmacist License required
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in pharmacy practice, preferably with exposure to long-term care settings
