We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL A Truck Driver for a position that primarily involves local routes, with occasional regional and over-the-road (OTR) assignments. This role requires flexibility, including the ability to take on-call loads, work nights, and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport freight on local, regional, and OTR routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation using ELD
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status and scheduling
• Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of goods
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Requirements:
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
