 Direct Support Professional Overnight Awake Staff. Chestnut Hill Area | 11:00 pm7:00 am Are you calm, attentive, and dependable overnight? We are seeking Overnight Awake Direct Support Professionals to provide safe, reassuring support for a woman in her 40s with IDD in her Chestnut Hill home. This role is ideal for someone who is steady, compassionate, and able to provide quiet reassurance during overnight hours. What Youll Do 
<ul>
<li>Ensure safety throughout the night</li>
<li>Provide reassurance and gentle support if she wakes</li>
<li>Offer calm redirection when needed</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, comfortable overnight environment</li>
<li>5 - 6 overnight shifts available</li>
</ul>
 Who Were Looking For 
<ul>
<li>Calm, patient, and respectful individuals</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience</li>
<li>Experience supporting adults with IDD</li>
<li>Reliable and attentive overnight</li>
<li>Able to pass state and federal background checks</li>
<li>Someone who does not smoke</li>
</ul>
