Regional Director of Operations

What Youll Own:
Multi-site oversightensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and clinical quality across your buildings.
Executive-level mentorshipcoaching and supporting administrators to drive compliance, survey readiness, and staff engagement.
Business intelligenceanalyzing key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
High-level problem-solvinganticipating challenges and implementing solutions before they become issues.
You'll be in the field 4 days a week, directly supporting your facilities. Travel expenses, hotel, meals, gas, car stipend, and a generous bonus structure included.
What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years of Regional Director experience in skilled nursing & rehab.
A track record of driving financial, clinical, and regulatory success across multiple locations.
The ability to develop and empower strong leadership teams.
Deep expertise in survey processes, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Active NHA license in Ohio.
