The Bilingual Call Center Agent plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by handling a high volume of inbound calls, primarily focusing on customer inquiries and complaint resolution. This position is responsible for accurate data entry, call documentation, and effective follow-up coordination while working a day shift schedule.
We have a need for Spanish/English speaking Call Center Agent . This position is with the Georgia Department of Revenue and requires a tax clearance letter. A tax clearance letter is a letter from the GA Dept of Revenue, stating that you don't owe any taxes to the STATE OF GA. This is a requirement for working with the GA Dept of Revenue. We cannot submit your resume without this letter & I cannot request it for you. The Tax Clearance letter must be dated after April 15th, 2026, to be valid.

NOTE: Applicants who have not lived, filed, or worked in the state of Georgia during the past 5 years must call the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) to get their clearance certificate/letter for assistance. Just let them know you are trying to apply for a position with them.
Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in call center operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
