What This Role Actually Does
You are responsible for:
- Converting inbound leads into confirmed sales appointments
- Rehashing past demos that did not sell
- Nurturing cold and aging leads
- Making outbound calls
- Selling the value of meeting with our sales team
The sales process starts with you.
You are not just booking time slots.
You are selling the appointment.
What Success Looks Like
A top performer in this role:
- Responds to new leads in seconds, not minutes
- Picks up the phone before the second ring
- Maintains a 90%+ answer rate
- Confirms appointments with all decision-makers present
- Follows up relentlessly on missed calls
- Tracks every interaction in the CRM
- Uses AI and automation tools intelligently
- Hits and exceeds daily set-rate targets

Daily Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, forms, chats immediately
- Track lead sources accurately
- Set appointments within 24–48 hours whenever possible
- Send pre-approach materials after booking
- Confirm next-day appointments
- Rehash no-sales
- Nurture aging leads
- Make outbound cold calls
- Collaborate with marketing and sales
You are the bridge between marketing and revenue.
Compensation
- $25/hour base
- Paid health insurance
- 401k with 4% match
- $20 per set appointment
- 1% Commission on Rehash apappointments that sell
High performers earn significantly more through performance incentives.
