Job Title: Customer Support / Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts
- Contact customers via phone, email, and written communication to discuss outstanding balances and payment options
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve account issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities in compliance with company policies and federal regulations
- Provide high-quality customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns
- Utilize skip tracing tools to locate hard-to-reach customers

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field (financial/credit industry preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems, collections software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and compliance standards is a plus
- Must be able to obtain required collection license upon hire
