- Install, maintain, and repair access control systems, including card readers, biometric scanners, and electronic locks.
- Conduct regular system inspections and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to access control systems.
- Collaborate with other security personnel to integrate access control systems with other security measures.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of access control systems.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics, security systems, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in installing and maintaining access control systems.
- Strong understanding of electronic security systems and components.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license
