We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. This position involves working 12-hour rotating shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM. The role requires handling various tasks related to product packaging, quality inspections, and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Bag and palletize products according to instructions and order types.
- Vacuum large quantities of products from storage holders into industrial bags.
- Sort bags and pallets of products.
- Stage and wrap pallets for shipment.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently.
- Perform quality inspections on bags, pallets, and containers.
- Operate forklifts to assist in warehouse operations.
- Assist in shipping and receiving activities.
Essential Skills
- 1+ year of industrial experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in manufacturing and general labor.
- Forklift operation skills.
- Experience in palletizing, staging, and lifting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in general production and bagging.

Work Environment
You will be part of a small team within a warehouse/manufacturing environment. The facility is dusty, hot, and noisy, so steel toe boots/shoes and work clothes are required. The role involves working in a very dirty setting with PPE provided, except for steel toes. Contractors can wear t-shirts and jeans/work pants until uniforms are issued. The plant manufactures and distributes graphite, and shifts will rotate between days and nights within the same month.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.32 - $19.32/hr.
