Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) with experience in high-acuity settings. The ideal candidate will have prior travel experience, strong clinical skills, and experience working in a Level 1 Trauma environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room across various surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons during procedures while maintaining sterile technique
• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Schedule & Work Expectations:

• Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Call required
• Weekend and holiday coverage required
• No block scheduling

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Prior travel experience required
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Strong clinical skills with high skills checklist ratings
• Experience in a fast-paced surgical environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Burn experience preferred
