Role Overview
Hale Kipa is looking for full-time Case Managers for our Independent Living/Higher Education/Imua Kakou who will provide case management services to youth. Must have knowledge of community resources that are available to the youth. The Case Manager position is an on-site job. Must possess solid verbal and written communication skills, be timely with documentation, have basic computer skills, and the ability to navigate an electronic health record system.
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field required.</li>
<li>At least one (1) year of experience with youth and youth services is required</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in navigating electronic health record systems</li>
<li>Consistent and timely documentation</li>
<li>Access to a vehicle for the purpose of transporting youth</li>
<li>A valid driver's license</li>
<li>Current auto insurance and safety check</li>
