As we continue to expand into the Phoenix area, we're looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

AAC Program Growth

Our AAC program is expanding, and we're especially interested in clinicians passionate about augmentative and alternative communication and innovative service delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings throughout Phoenix and surrounding areas
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical judgment
  • Educate and partner with families and caregivers
  • Complete timely, concise documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
  • Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, or ability to obtain before providing services
  • Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain by start date
  • Valid Arizona driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Current professional liability (malpractice) insurance
  • Ability to travel throughout the Greater Phoenix area to provide home and community-based services
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining timely documentation and communication
  • Must maintain all licenses, certifications, and insurance required to practice as an independent contractor
  • Experience working with pediatric populations (birth through young adulthood) preferred
  • Experience with early intervention, developmental disabilities, feeding therapy, sensory integration, or AAC is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply

Work Environment:

This role includes working in home and community settings and may involve standing, lifting, kneeling, and working with clients with a range of developmental, physical, and behavioral needs.
