Job Details



Responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance and programs at the facility, ensuring alignment with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain regulatory permits, OSHA/environmental reports, and EHS records.
Provide technical EHS support and training across all shifts.
Lead safety committees, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Oversee Industrial Hygiene, chemical inventory, and hazard control programs.
Manage injury reporting, workers’ compensation, and safety equipment procurement.
Support risk assessments, equipment reviews, and capital project EHS evaluations.
Stay current with regulatory updates and ensure continuous improvement in safety performance.

Training Responsibilities:

Conduct new hire and ongoing EHS training.
Maintain and analyze training records and system effectiveness.
Support management in identifying and fulfilling employee training needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, air permits, stormwater, and hazardous waste management.
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
