Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position supports K-12 students in a school setting by providing essential behavioral and educational assistance. The role combines paraprofessional duties with applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies, making it ideal for individuals certified as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or those experienced in behavior therapy. The contract runs during the school year (NSY) and offers a valuable opportunity to impact childrens lives positively while enjoying a schedule aligned with the academic calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy techniques under supervision to support student learning and behavior
  • Assist teachers with classroom management and individualized instruction
  • Monitor and record student progress to inform treatment and education plans
  • Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and clinicians to promote positive student outcomes
  • Maintain professional documentation and adhere to ethical and organizational standards

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
  • Experience in ABA therapy or as a paraprofessional in educational settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and staff
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible and dynamic school environment
