Job Title: Branch Manager – Staffing (Transportation Industry)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our staffing operations within the transportation industry. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, driving business development, and managing both clients and workforce performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the transportation sector
- Lead recruiting and staffing efforts to meet client demands
- Supervise, coach, and develop internal staff and field employees
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and branch goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in staffing, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry
- Previous experience in a Branch Manager or leadership role
- Strong supervisory or team leadership background (required)
- Experience in high-volume recruiting and workforce management
- Experience working with Fleetworthy or similar transportation compliance platforms (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Background in transportation staffing (drivers, warehouse, logistics personnel)
- Prior experience as a supervisor or in operations management
- Established client relationships in the industry
- Familiarity with DOT compliance, driver qualification files, and safety regulations
