Overview
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various light industrial positions. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect those needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (Avionte) for recording candidate information and tracking recruitment metrics.
Skills
- Proven experience in recruiting
- Strong research skills to identify potential candidates effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
