Job Overview
We are seeking an organized, customer-minded individual to join our client service team. This addition will be instrumental in supporting our clients and ensuring a world-class experience.
Responsibilities
· Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
· Assist clients with placing orders and navigating our services
· Work closely with the sales team to support requests
· Troubleshoot and resolve client complaints and concerns
· Process orders in PACE, our Management Information System (MIS)
· Use technology platforms such as HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite to communicate with team members and clients
· Coordinate with internal departments to provide prompt delivery of services
· Prepare and maintain reports for client-specific needs
· Contribute to team efforts to achieve overall company goals
Work Location and Hours
This role requires a Monday through Friday full-time presence at our headquarters located in Gastonia, NC, just outside of Charlotte, NC.

Requirements:
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field required
· 2+ experience working in the print industry required
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
· Positive mindset
· Solution-oriented
· CRM software experience
