Location: West Dundee, IL
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: Upcoming School Year

Were seeking a dedicated Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative and student-centered team in the West Dundee area for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time opportunity within a district that places a strong emphasis on matching therapists with caseloads that align with their strengths and interests.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time, school-based role

  • Caseload details are shared during interviews to ensure the best fit for both the clinician and the students

  • Supportive, multidisciplinary teams across campuses

  • Opportunity to work with a diverse student population

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

  • Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings

  • Provide direct therapy services in Spanish and English

  • Collaborate with staff, students, and families to support communication goals

Requirements:

  • Active Illinois SLP license

  • Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

  • CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows may be considered
