Role Description

This full-time (or could consider part-time), on-site (maybe some virtual) Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) role in Fort Worth, TX.
\n
\n
The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians and APPs, including call triage, administration of value based programs, medicare chronic care management programs, patient interactions and other nursing tasks.

Qualifications

- \n
- Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of Texas.
- Previous experience in internal medicine or adult primary care office (family medicine).
- Positive, friendly, good teamwork collegue.
- Excellent customer service personality.
