Position Overview and Responsibilities


As a Design Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Visiting clients homes to showcase and represent our high-quality products and services.
• Driving to and from appointments and carrying samples from our mobile showroom into clients homes.
• Positively and ethically presenting product offerings and solutions tailored to each clients needs.
• Providing detailed quotes and managing the entire sales process, including:
  • Conducting final walkthroughs with clients.
  • Collecting final payments.
  • Taking completion photos.
  • Requesting customer reviews and referrals to help grow the business.
