What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents with daily tasks like bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals
- Deliver hands-on care with heart, respect, and a few friendly laughs
- Monitor and record vital signs with accuracy and professionalism
- Support licensed nurses and follow care plans with confidence
- Create a warm, clean, and safe space for residents to thrive
- Build real connections with residents and their families
What You Bring:
- Active CNA certification in the State of New Mexico
- A kind, resident-first attitude and a ready-to-help mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CPR certification preferred
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus—but we welcome rising stars too
