Our growing plumbing company is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team full time. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a critical part in delivering excellent service, scheduling jobs, and supporting our technicians in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously

  • Schedule plumbing service appointments and emergency calls

  • Gather accurate customer and job information

  • Dispatch and communicate job details to technicians

  • Update customer accounts and service notes in our system

  • Handle billing questions, service follow-ups, and customer concerns

  • Provide clear communication and set proper expectations with customers

  • Support office operations as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer service or call-handling experience preferred (plumbing or trades experience a plus, but not required)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in urgent situations

  • Basic computer skills and comfort using scheduling or CRM software

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
