???? Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in delivering individualized nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
- Caring for residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and providing education.
- Serving as a charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
You will function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and uphold the ethical standards set by the American Nurses Association.
???? Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing (preferred).
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
