Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Hybrid Schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Description: The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation programs, and organizational effectiveness. This individual will play a critical role in evaluating existing HR practices, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that support business objectives and employee success. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day operational support within a collaborative HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with organizational leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and recommendations on complex workforce matters.
- Support and execute HR initiatives related to employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent development.
- Assess current HR processes and policies, identify areas for improvement, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional HR projects, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
- Analyze workforce data, trends, and employee feedback to support informed business decisions.
- Promote consistency in HR practices and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR team members to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
- Provide practical support for ongoing HR operations and assist with department needs as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including strategic HR business partnering.
- Prior experience serving in a consultative HR role within a mid-sized or large organization required.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, compensation, performance management, talent strategy, and employment law.
- Experience working with ADP is required.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) and/or advanced degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and provide trusted guidance across multiple levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
