Job DescriptionWorks with both managers and production employees to ensure the company hits its production goals on time. Act as liaison to Customers. Handle all the scheduling and ensure the materials are ready to go to increase production efficiency.
Primary Duties
Provide timely status updates to customers.
Coordinate between engineering, production, quality and shipping to ensure on-time delivery of products. Plan production control activities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Schedule and monitor material movement in the production cycle. Optimize scheduling of manufacturing processes and resources.

Qualifications
Expertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
Experience with Epicor preferred
Requirements Minimum 3 years’ scheduling experience in a relevant industry Demonstrated proficiency with ERP and Excel software
Physical Requirements/Work Environment Ability to move through facility and up and down stairs Ability to lift 25 lbs. Ability to visually see hard copy customer/engineering specifications
